This new development has always been about the environment and the community, and we proudly show the newly created sand pit at Te Matauru School which Townsend Fields designed and built for the children.
The sections in the development are extremely desirable and this is reflected in all sections in Stage 1 now being either sold or under contract. Our congratulations to the first new home owners who have already moved in!
Stage 2 is currently in planning and we are expecting sections to be available in the very short term. Further detail will follow once Stage 2 is officially launched.
